Hi there! Long time no see huh? I’m making some kind of return to the Second Life blogging universe today!
Honestly, I was totally inspired by this amazing prop of a tube train by FOXCITY. and the amazing bento poses that were sold alongside it! So I thought I’d make a little video explaining what’s been going on and what I’m doing in Second Life!
I really hope I can start bringing new content to the blog/vlog and recreate this site into what I’d like it to be. Enjoy!
Hi beauts ♥ I hope you’re all well and enjoying fun and fulfilling Slives this beautiful Saturday!
I apologise for my absence, a holiday, sickness and work have meant very little time to enjoy even the basics of Second Life – never mind blogging & vlogging!
I hope to address much more of this in a vlog where I’ll talk in detail about various issues I’ve been having and what’s going on! For now, I just wanted to share this picture because I had so much fun making it.
Everything you can see is from the Rewind: 90’s event which ended in Feb and I just couldn’t find time to put together this post. Hopefully, these amazing items will find their way to the respective main stores very soon!
And the gorgeous rings are by lassitude & ennui! They are rigged for the Vista Animations Bento hands, they come in two different styles and three different metals. They are for sale at the mainstore for $249L!
Bento is LIVE! That’s right, Project Bento is now available on the main Second Life viewer and today I bring you a quick post & video to show you FATE‘s awesome new HUD for Bento hands!
As shown in the pose above, the possibilities for poses is astonishing and the new HUD from FATE allows you to pose all the different bones in your Bento hands with ease. Catwa and Akeruka are releasing facial expression HUDs for their Bento heads today too, it’s an exciting time to be in SL and I can’t wait for Firestorm to become fully Bento compatible!
Check out the video and let me know what you think!
Today marks the opening of a fantastic event in Second Life – the non-profit fundraiser #UnitedAndKind is packed with many of Second Life’s greatest designers offering products old and new with 100% of the donations being split equally between four organisations!
Please visit each website and take a moment to read about the fantastic work and support they provide.
It goes without saying that there are fantastic products for sale as well as donation boxes if you would prefer to just donate, you will also get a box with some vest tops (like mine) as a thank you!
There’s also an auction where you can bid for some sensational prizes including a lifetime’s supply of Blueberry releases!
I put myself up for auction too, it’s the first time I’ve ever done this and I don’t expect I’ll bring in much money but here’s what I’m offering!
The event runs from today through December 11th.
Feel free to drop by and bid! Or in whatever you’d like, please do come and donate towards these causes at such a crucial time in the US.
On Tuesday, 28th June the doors opened to the Pulse Fundraiser event to raise money for the victims and families of the devastating shooting at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando earlier in the month.
The event organised by Skye Everidge in partnership with CasperVend is held on a region kindly donated by CerberusXing featuring over 100 designers offering a huge variety of items of which 100% of the donations will be sent to the Pulse Victims GoFundMe Page.
In addition to the amazing selection of items to purchase, there is a host of auction boards at the landing point featuring many residents from designers to bloggers and all in between. Some of the prizes on offer are substantial including lifetime fatpacks, gift cards, photography services and more.
The lucky winner of Bella Gacha’s auction will win one year free at Bella Pointe worth L$77,948.
The event runs until July 12th!
This cause is very close to my heart and I am bursting with pride for Second Life and its residents. Please share and spread the word so we can raise as much as we can!
